- creating and storing objects

- R packages
- reading data,
- selecting and subsampling data
- merging and appending datasets
9/7: Text Analysis (10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
Taught by Dave Markowitz
Topics to be covered:
- Why analyze language and what our words say about us
- Demonstration of various automated text analysis tools
- How to use social media data for social and psychological evaluations of language
