Mira Joseph

Mira Joseph is a Research Analyst at the Changing Cities Lab in Stanford's Sociology Department. Previously, she worked at the Stanford Center for Racial Justice, leading an initiative on alternative first-response programs in the Bay Area. In 2022, she graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Sociology and a specialization in computational methods. Her research interests include social equality, community safety, and solutions to residential instability. In her free time, she enjoys playing chess in the park, writing science fiction, and walking dogs.
