2024–25

Mary Rose Bell is a Predoctoral Fellow in Stanford's Department of Psychology from Alexandria, Virginia. She majored in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology and English at Washington University in St. Louis and received her Bachelor's degree in May 2024. Like her selected majors, her research interests are also interdisciplinary, including but not limited to memory, aging, narrative, identity, emotion, and language. Her work in Dr. Laura Carstensen's Life-span Development Lab, however, will focus broadly on socioemotional well-being across the lifespan and intergenerational contact.
