My dissertation in Sociology, "Housing Markets, Neighborhood Change, and Inequality," consists of three papers that investigate race and class inequality in the housing market in the context of neighborhood change. The first paper is on home value trajectories and the Black-White housing wealth gap. The second paper uses interview data to understand residential histories as a source of inequality among low-income renters. The third paper is a methodological paper on interview respondent recruitment.
