Gloria Principe

Gloria is the Chair of the Silicon Valley Committee of Human Rights Watch, an NGO that investigates and reports on abuses happening in the US and around the world, and presses those with power to act with justice. She is also on the board of The Riekes Center, a local organization dedicated to character building and self-development through creative arts, athletic fitness, nature awareness and community service. 

Gloria has held leadership positions in several local community organizations including public school foundations and private school boards. She has been a management consultant for Booz Allen and a marketing executive in companies in Brazil, Ireland and the US.

Gloria grew up in Brazil. She is a graduate of Syracuse University and has an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business. She speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. 

She is the mother of triplets, and along with her husband John O’Farrell actively supports a wide number of humanitarian organizations, both in the US and internationally.
