Amor Ai

Amor Ai is a Predoctoral Researcher in the Immigration Policy Lab and Stanford's Department of Political Science. Her work centers around the development and implementation of the GeoMatch tool—a matching algorithm that helps refugees, asylum seekers, and other immigrants find the locations where they are most likely to thrive. Amor received Bachelor’s degrees in statistics and psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, where her research interests broadly included decision-making, stereotype threat, and designing psychologically wise interventions in education. Previously, she worked as a data scientist for the Pittsburgh Pirates.
