The Qualtrics survey system is licensed for use by the Stanford community. Qualtrics not only affords easy-to-develop web-based surveys, but has facilities for advanced randomization schemes allowing researchers to operationalize their survey designs using one tool. It is rated to handle low, moderate, and high risk (PHI-only) data, so it is a valuable tool for obtaining behavioral and social data in a controlled and flexible environment.
